This page tells you, in plain words, what you pay, when you pay, how to stop, and how the charge will look on your statement. It goes together with our Terms of Service (sections 4 to 7). If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control, except that nothing in either document limits rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
1. Who you are paying
You are buying from Foxtasy, a service operated by an individual (contact details above). Payments are taken for us by a third-party payment processor. The processor handles your payment details; we do not see or store your full card number.
2. What the charge looks like
The name that will appear on your card or bank statement is shown at checkout before you pay. If you do not recognise a charge, you can write to [email protected]; we can usually find it in minutes.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars (USD), unless the checkout shows another currency. If your card or wallet is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may charge fees we do not control.
Taxes and fees. Prices on our pricing page are shown excluding VAT, sales tax and similar taxes, and without the card processing fee. Where a tax applies to your purchase, it is calculated for the country you are in and added at checkout as a separate line, before you confirm. Card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) add a processing fee, which our payment processor adds and shows at checkout before you confirm. The total you confirm is the total you pay.
Plans (monthly)
| Plan | Price | Credits each month | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | US$9.99 per month | 600 | Personal-use licence |
| Creator | US$39 per month | 3,000 | Commercial licence |
| Studio | US$99 per month | 8,000 | Commercial licence |
Credit packs (one-time)
| Pack | Price | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Small | US$9 | 500 |
| Medium | US$29 | 1,800 |
| Large | US$59 | 4,000 |
All prices above are shown before tax and before the card processing fee.
How credits work. Each generation uses credits; a higher resolution uses more (the price is shown before you press Generate). New accounts get free starter credits. If a generation fails, the credits come back. Plan credits that you do not use carry over to the next month while the plan is active. Credits from packs never expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or paid out. Full rules: Terms, section 4.
4. Monthly plans: how billing works (invoice)
- We do not charge your card automatically. Each month we send an invoice by email with a link to pay.
- About 3 days before your current period ends, we email the invoice for the next period. It shows the renewal date and the price.
- If you have not paid by the renewal date, the plan is not renewed and you move to the Free plan. Credits from packs stay in your account; plan credits follow the rule in "How credits work" above. You can still pay later; your new month then starts on the day you pay.
- You may stop at any time by simply not paying the next invoice, or by choosing Cancel plan in Account → Plan and billing, which also stops the invoices.
5. Cancelling and refunds, in short
- You can cancel a plan at any time in Account → Plan and billing (section 4 above).
- Credits that have been used are not refundable because the generation has been delivered and the provider's cost has been spent.
- Credit packs: if none of the credits from a pack have been used, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. A partly used pack is not refunded.
- Plans are not refundable, except a charge you did not intend or that was made in error.
- Unintended or erroneous charges — a double charge, a wrong amount, a charge you did not authorise, a plan charge after you cancelled or deleted your account: tell us within 30 days of the charge at [email protected] and we refund it in full and remove the credits that came with it.
- Failed generations: if a paid generation fails, the credits come back automatically.
- Account closure by you removes the remaining credits without refund (see the Terms); closure by us for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits, except where the law says otherwise.
- Disputes with your bank. You can always dispute a charge with your card issuer. If you write to us first, we can often fix a mistake faster. When a dispute is opened, we give the payment provider the records it asks for, and the credits from that payment may be put on hold until it is decided.
The full refund rules are in Terms, section 7.
6. EU and UK consumers: your right to withdraw
If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK and you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content that is supplied at once, and for services that start at once, this right can end earlier if you expressly ask us to start straight away and confirm that you will lose the right to withdraw once the content is delivered or the service is fully performed (Directive 2011/83/EU arts 9, 16(a), 16(m); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regs 29, 36 and 37). At checkout we will ask for that request and confirmation, and we confirm your choice to you by email. If you did not give it, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase.
To use the right, email [email protected] with your name, order and the words "I withdraw from the contract". If you asked us to start straight away and have already used part of the service, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you have used. Refunds are made within 14 days of learning of your decision, using the original payment method.
7. For customers in the United States
- Automatic renewal: our plans do not renew automatically. You pay each month by invoice, and nothing is charged unless you pay it. If we ever introduce automatic renewal, we will describe the renewal terms before you pay, ask for your separate consent, send you a receipt, and give you an online way to cancel, as California Business and Professions Code §§ 17600–17606 and other state laws require.
- Disputes about a charge: you can write to us at [email protected]. You also keep the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
